Sauvignon Blanc, almost
more than any other grape variety,
has the ability to wrap itself around flavors from many cuisines. Its inherent clean acidity acts to cleanse the palate and set you up for the next bite. In our California Sauvignon Blanc this crisp acidity is nicely balanced by tropical fruit flavors such as pineapple and mango. New Zealand is known for Sauvignon Blanc's that push the envelope in terms of bright acidity and tangy, citrus flavors like lemon, lime and grapefruit and our Marlborough version is no exception.
